Conselleo’s Strategic Planning Program has three steps: 3-Steps

  • The first is the Primer Meeting with the Top Officer or Owner of the business to establish the outcome objectives.

  • The second step is the Planning Workshop with the stakeholders or business team. After analyzing and prioritizing your SWOT's, an Action Plan is generated with accountabilities.

  • The third step is our Action Progress Meetings occurring 60 & 120 days after the planning workshop. A good plan is critical, but ensuring execution of the plan is imperative to sustaining the success of your business long term.
