course.
The one day Sales Leadership Program empowers sales managers with the skills
and tools to lead their sales teams using Conselleo's philosophy and tool
set.
The highly interactive training program covers the following modules:
- The Role of Sales Leadership
 - The 7 Sins of Sales Management
- The Keys to Coaching
- The Conselleo Toolset
- Sales Management MAP
(methodology application plan).
The minimum class size is 8 attendees, with a maximum of 30 to ensure content and
facilitation quality. Recommended for all sales managers who are serious about fully
implementing Conselleo's methodology across their sales force.
