Monthly Group Coaching
     
  On-Site Monthly Coaching Program.
Our On-Site Coaching Program is a series of 1/2 day, monthly, group sessions. Along with setting prospecting/activity goals and holding the sales force accountable on these goals, we focus on improving sales process quality.

We create a set of "best sales practices" for your company.

We reinforce the selling methodology with the sales people, while showing your sales management "how to coach" utilizing our sales management system.
