The Professional Program creates a standard sales methodology and process. Most of our clients have management, marketing, key support staff and the entire sales organization inside and outbound attend this program, as it establishes a deep sales culture for the entire company.

The minimum class size is 8 attendees, with a maximum of 30 to ensure content and facilitation quality. We also offer our program on an Open basis, entitled "The Conselleo Open." This allows our clients to use our programs as their "boot camp" when hiring new people. It also allows for a form of evaluation and for smaller sales organizations to participate who would have less than 8 people to train. We have facilitated our program throughout the World. Our program is available in English and French.

We provide our clients with an integrated selling system, complete with management and measurement tools, rather than a 2 or 3 day "dip" in event based training. We have found that our clients don't need anymore Ra-Ra sessions or binders for their shelves.
