myCOACH - NEW WEB-BASED, AUDIO ASSISTED SALES RE-ENFORCEMENT TOOL LAUNCHED

Every person Conselleo trains through our Consultative Selling - Professional Program (the original course) automatically receives a 1 year subscription to myCOACH at no additional charge (Click here for a sample page from myCOACH).

The same content from our On-Site Monthly Coaching Program has been crystallized into an on-line coaching environment entitled myCOACH to help drive behavioural change in sales.

myCOACH is a web-based, audio assisted coaching system designed to reinforce Conselleo’s sales methodology. There are 6 sessions, the first 3 are provided 30, 60 and 90 days after the sales person attends Conselleo’s 2 day Consultative Selling – Professional Program. The last 3 sessions are provide over the next 9 months, thus providing 12 months of follow-up coaching and accountability. Each myCOACH session takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The sales person receives an email reminding them of their myCOACH session prior.

The myCOACH environment is hosted within Conselleo’s website. The user simply logs in with their user name and password. The myCOACH pages have integrated audio that can be passed of replayed at the users convenience. Once each session has been completed, the system tracks the users progress automatically. Each myCOACH session has different content and some that is meant to be repetitive in nature.

Achieving sustainable behavioural change in sales is a major challenge and one that Conselleo is very passionate about. We have observed many companies attempting to enhance their sales force by simply providing them with training, only to end up with binders on shelves. Conselleo believes that achieving true behavioural change in sales requires the following 5 steps:

    STEP 2: Agreement on a Proven Method or System
    STEP 3: Measurement and Tracking of Progress
    STEP 4: Coaching, Encouragement and Accountability
    STEP 5: Sustainable and Predictable Results

myCOACH reinforces the proven method and system, while assisting in measuring and tracking the progress by providing a level of coaching, encouragement and accountability. myCOACH does not take the place of live follow up coaching, rather it is designed to complement the coaching process.

One of the features of myCOACH that occurs every session is “my pipeline coaching.” The sales person is asked to update their pipeline prior to each session. Whether they are using CSM, Conselleo’s Sales Management system or a manual method, the sales person needs to have a recently updated pipeline in order to proceed with each myCOACH session.

The sales person is asked to select a pipeline shape that closely resembles their own by click one of the examples offered. The user is then provided specific feedback on the shape of their pipeline with the objective of creating and maintaining an ideally shaped pipeline for sustainable sales success.

Since 1994 we have coached thousands of sales people in a wide variety of countries and industries and have found that these 6 basic shapes applies to all sales people.

Other repetitive functionality includes an activity review correlated to the user’s Personal Sales Plan goals. The content that differs every session includes:
