Highlight reel Who would ever think that I could get a lead for business that ended up being my biggest deal of the year, just by attending a training session?

There I was, participating in a “free introductory” training session, where my fellow participants, were not corporate employees, which was my usual target market.

At the seminar I was talking on the breaks with the other participants about the importance of knowing exactly what customers think of “value” and that most organizations pay their product development departments to create products which THEY (the product dept.) think will sell. What a mistake!

CSM How To...
Have CSM display inside Microsoft Outlook.
NOTE: This replaces the default 'Outlook Today' view.

1. In the Outlook folder list right mouse-click on Personal Folders.
2. Select Properties for "Personal Folders"...
3. Click the Home Page tab.
4. Tick the box for "Show home page by default for this folder"
5. In the Address box replace the default with: https://www.conselleo.com/csm/default.aspx
6. click Apply.
7. Click OK.


The Conselleo CSM Login page will now be displayed.
If viewing your Inbox (or any other folder such as Outbox, Sent Items etc) you can now return to CSM. Note you will be returned to the default Pipleine view each time.
