Jim Neubauer, Partner

Jim is a committed telecom professional with over 15 years in Senior Management leadership positions in Marketing, Sales and Product Development. Most recently he successfully led the Bell Aliant Ontario Sales organization, with over a $100 Million revenue objective, to win the Overachievement Award.

He brings a unique style of leadership and people management skills that enables people to comfortably embrace and leverage new technologies and concepts to better compete and succeed. As an experienced negotiator who fully understands the value of a good business case, he has provided expertise to initiate and close many complex customer service arrangements.

Jim also had the opportunity of being in an organization that adopted the "Conselleo Sales methodology" several years ago. After training, implementation and post Sales behavioural change, revenue targets were exceeded by 14% and gross profits increased by 50%.

Since 1985, Jim has focused on listening to customers' unique business requirements and then delivering optimal solutions to provide the best overall value (price, quality and reliability) for their specific environments. Jim believes that every Sales professional must be able to communicate value to the customer in 2-3 sentences.
