Doug brings to Conselleo a track record of International success in sales and management spanning over 30 years including experience in Canada, USA, and Australia. Recently, Doug has provided advice to small and medium size businesses in North America as a business mentor helping to implement improvement systems and effective processes. He has substantial experience in team building and motivating sales forces.
Previously, Doug was V.P. Sales for Infowave and served as Western Canadian Manager for both Tektronix and Mitsubishi. He was responsible for dealer sales training, distribution sales training, and revenue production earning him President's Club Awards for his achievements.
Doug is on a mission to help people be more successful in sales and in business. He is certified with the Winslow Assessment program, a tool used by Fortune 1000 and major professional sports organizations (MLB, NHL, NFL) to increase the success rate for new recruits. |
