With over 15 years of sales, marketing and project management experience, Rick is skilled at helping companies succeed. He combines a strong analytical background with outstanding communication and customer service skills. At California Federal Bank, he led a business unit which developed technology solutions for senior management. He led many successful projects and was instrumental in implementing a Marketing Data Warehouse. He developed a customer service training program and trained over 100 representatives.
As an entrepreneur, he consults with companies and provides solutions which help them achieve their strategic, marketing and financial business objectives. His formal education includes a B.S. / B.A. in Marketing and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento.
He is an Ambassador with the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Independent Computer Consultants Association (ICCA), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and The Network Inc. (TNI). |
