True success in the world of consultative selling requires a life long commitment to continual learning. Ian has been a student of the consultative selling process for over 20 years. 
Ian's sales achievements demonstrate his adaptability, creativity and unique approach to solving strategic business challenges for his customers. While with Apple Computer,
Ian was recognized in 1990 as the "Top Sales Person in the World", for his successes in developing corporate accounts. Ian also received 6 President Club awards in 9 years.
Having achieved great success in sales management positions with Apple, Sybase and SHL Systemhouse, in late 1994 he decided to pursue his passion for sales developing a consulting, training and coaching organization which was born originally as Power Marketing changing to Conselleo in 2006.
In 1999 Ian achieved two very strategic objectives. The first was the writing and publishing of his first book dedicated to the science of sales effectiveness, entitled:
"If you were arrested for selling, would there be enough evidence to convict you?" (updated in 2004).
The second objective was designing a sales management software system that fully incorporates the Conselleo methodology, entitled
Conselleo CSM
