myCoach is a web-based, audio assisted coaching system designed to reinforce Conselleo’s sales methodology. There are 6 sessions providing 12 months of follow-up coaching and accountability.Each myCoach session takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Achieving sustainable behavioural change in sales is a major challenge and one that Conselleo is very passionate about. We have observed many companies attempting to enhance their sales force by simply providing them with training, only to end up with binders on shelves.
